• Damaged or defective on arrival — refund or replacement, your choice
• Wrong item shipped — we send the right one at no charge
• Changed your mind within 30 days of delivery — full refund
• Never arrived — see our shipping policy for lost-package terms

For damaged or wrong items, please include a photo.

Cancellations

We can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
